Powerful and experienced, Tagicakibau offered a point of difference in the Turbos back three in 2018. Having finished a lengthy stint overseas including stops at London Welsh, Saracens, Bristol Rugby, Scarlets, Llanelli and Benetton Treviso, the former Taranaki representative was a classy operator. He proved a depenadable option when named for the Turbos.
