Kayne came into the squad after a solid season with Feilding Yellows in 2014. Originally from Wellington, the young halfback also represented New Zealand U20 at the Junior World Cup in 2010. He is a great support runner with the full skill set to get himself over the line.
Iose was a star at schoolboy level when he captained the New Zealand Secondary Schools' side, so it was no surprise when he was immediately signed to the Turbos. Iose's pace around the park and ability to break tackles made him one of the most elusive loose forwards in the game.
Originally from Palmerston North Boys High School Hemopo opted to return to his roots in 2016 after a couple of seasons in Otago. The Highlanders lock had a break-out Super Rugby campaign in 2017 including a man-of-the-match performance against the British and Irish Lions. He was named the Turbos' player of the year in 2017.
